We are a Litigation law practice with decades of experience in Disputed Wills resolution and litigation.
When a Will is in dispute there are many complex considerations which only a lawyer with experience and expertise in the area can properly advise you on. Put simply, if the matter is litigated the Court will step in the shoes of the Deceased and do what a reasonable person in the shoes of the testator would have done to make adequate provision for eligable beneficiaries. This is not always an easy or exact task but one which we have decades of experience in.

We can provide you with comprehensive advice on Family Provisions law so that you are fully aware of the legal basis of any dispute.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We have an excellent strike rate at resolving Will disputes without litigation. Sometimes, however, litigation is necessary but even then - if you are properly advised from the outset and your best case is before the Court there is a significant scope to avoid the costs and uncertainty of litigation.

We appear in the Supreme Court of all States and Territories in fully contested hearings and our outcomes are exceptional.
